When the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards revised the process in 2013, our team began developing a cohort to support that new process.
Since then, we've developed quality professional development sessions to assist teachers in their journey toward their certification. Those include:
- The Five Core Propositions training-- deconstructing "What Teachers Should Know and Be Able to Do"
- The National Board Certification Overview-- digging in to the basics of the new process
- Facilitation and Support for Candidates in Components 1-4
- Blind Reader Program-- your papers are sent to a central contact to be read and marked with feedback from an accomplished teacher and then returned to you
- Support for renewal candidates
